1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

• You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

• The withdrawal period starts from the day you (or a third party) receive your order.

• To exercise this right, you must contact us before the deadline.

⚠️ Exceptions: Due to hygiene and safety, personal care products (such as razors, shavers, epilators) cannot be returned once opened or used, unless defective.

2. Return Conditions

• The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the product is defective or incorrect).

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days, using the same payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless otherwise required by law).

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us immediately.

• We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
