Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be processed within 14 days (excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise required by law).
⚠️ Exceptions: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products (such as shavers, razors, epilators) cannot be returned once unsealed, unless faulty.
All products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty (EU law) against manufacturing defects.
This does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from product use.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Customers must contact our customer service before returning an item.
Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original transaction.
